Los productos de Medbone están desarrollados y fabricados a partir de biomateriales reabsorbibles basados en fosfatos de calcio.

Todos los productos son fabricados bajo los más rigurosos controles de calidad, manteniendo nuestros biomateriales en los más altos estándares científicos y de calidad, y están disponibles en varias formas: gránulos, bloques, cilindros, cuñas e incluso en tamaños y formatos personalizados.

Los dispositivos médicos fabricados por Medbone tienen propiedades similares al hueso natural, permitiendo una mejor calidad de vida para las personas. Una característica fundamental de nuestros productos es la presencia de poros o canales interconectados en el material. Los canales deben ser lo suficientemente grandes (típicamente 0,05 mm de diámetro) para permitir la invasión de vasos y células sanguíneas, permitiendo así la biodegradación del material y el crecimiento óseo en el sustituto óseo.

Para agregar esta gran ventaja, también es importante mencionar que todos nuestros productos, así como la propia empresa, están certificados por un organismo notificado internacional, SGS. Medbone está certificado por ISO13485 y nuestros productos están certificados por la Directiva Europea 93/42/EEC.
